One story 1920’s house that was converted to 2 story house with 3000 sqft we didn’t change the shape of the front (as it was BEAUTIFUL, to begin with) TRL raised the roof on the back as in some areas on the side to come u with 2nd story 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we demo most of the interior walls and came up with a new layout to get 2 bedrooms which one of them can be a beautiful office with enclosing from the porch.
